The CAQ software Babtec Q used by HURST + SCHRÖDER supports our company in quality assurance and the associated quality management of our company processes.  This enables us not only to fulfill many of our customers' requirements, but also to monitor them.

Our CAQ software supports the entire end-to-end process. From initial sampling to outgoing goods inspection, all production steps and their results are monitored and documented via tests during series production. In addition to production monitoring, we also use the CAQ system for inspection equipment monitoring, inspection planning and supplier evaluation. A modern task and action management system contributes to the continuous improvement of our processes.

In addition to the usual measuring equipment in use, we also have optical and tactile measuring systems (3D coordinate measuring machine). The use of modern 3D scanners (GOM and Creaform) and automated measuring projectors (Keyence) enable us to measure even complex components.
