Our in-house toolmaking department specialises in the production, maintenance and rapid repair of both our customers' and our own tools.
We use state-of-the-art machines and the latest technologies to meet the high demands of our customers and the products we manufacture. In addition, we co-operate with national and international experts in order to meet your requirements at all times.
Our CAD design enables our customers to visualize, simulate, analyse or create technical drawings. Our engineers can use CAD design to create precise and detailed models and make changes quickly. It is an efficient way to develop and optimize complex designs.
HURST + SCHRÖDER prototyping enables us to give our customers a concrete idea of the finished product at a very early stage of the design process.
Thanks to our 3D printing, we are able to verify our designs. Optimisations can be incorporated directly into the production of series tools.
The moldflow simulation is used to detect faults at an early stage and is carried out upstream of the tool design. We use the results from the simulation to determine injection points and vents in order to manufacture the article reliably.
